[pass] multiple .git repos in any of the subdirectories

This patch looks good in idea, but it needs to be cleaned up. It removes
the platform integration, as well as has some nasty commented out code and
other oddities like that. The idea itself isn't bad though.

What's your use case for multiple git subdirectories?
