[pass] Wrong Arch Linux install info

Yes.  I believe that that line should be removed entirely and either add
bash-completion to the install line or add a note about the optional
completion.

I think the best solution would be to simply remove the second line and
add bash-completion as as optional dependency to the 'pass' arch
package, that way pacman will tell you about it automatically.

For now:
# pacman -S pass
# pacman -S bash-completion # Optional

But if/when bash-completion gets added as an optional dependency:
# pacman -S pass
