[PhotoFloat] EXIF Unicode Errors: Fixed

Hi folks,

Thanks to everyone who emailed me broken photos. As it turns out, this is
the best way to motivate me to fix the bugs with them. I'm happy to report
the long-reported unicode EXIF bugs have been fixed, at least with the
photos mailed to me. Pull the latest git master, and you should be
satisfied. If not, keep sending to the list broken images.
