cgit-0.9.0.2: Makefile should be updated

Hello,

I wanted to install cgit on Backtrack Linux, during the process it turned
out that the GIT_URL variable in the Makefile isn't correct anymore, now it
should be
GIT_URL =
http://download.openpkg.org/components/cache/git/git-$(GIT_VER).tar.gz and
thus to decompress it *tar -xjf* becomes *tar -xzf.*
