The cgitrc on git.zx2c4.com reads:

clone-url=git://git.zx2c4.com/$CGIT_REPO_NAME
http://git.zx2c4.com/$CGIT_REPO_NAME ssh://git@git.zx2c4.com/$CGIT_REPO_NAME

Using the various macros available in cgitrc.5.txt, you should be able to
customize this how you like.
