A collection of patches from the list.  There are only two small changes
from what has been posted:

- In 'tree: allow skipping through single-child trees' use hashcpy()
  instead of memcpy()
- A conflict resolution in 'ui-repolist: provide hyperlinks on section
  names' as a result of the update to Git 2.10.

Most patches are small clean ups (several spotted by Coverity), but
there are two new features:

- Allow skipping through single-child trees
- Allow collapsing sections for those with big lists of repositories
