Charset problem

Howdy,

 

I’ve been seeing an issue at least in my installation, and i don’t see any relevant info for fix.

Non-ascii chars in the commit/diff and shown as “�”.

How webserver is configured for utf8, any idea?

I don’t see any option in /etc/cgitrc related to this,
