[pass] Mobile applications

I'd like to be able to do it, but unfortunately I lack the skills to build such a thing for iOS or Android. I can do a fair bit with HTML/CSS/JS, but that's not going to work very well in this case unfortunately. I was just putting forward my thoughts and starting discussion.
