I agree that custom wrappers make the most sense for people who want to
extend pass.
I've attached a quick example script that assumes a schema like
"User:username". Modify the line with grep/sed if you want to use a
different schema.
I called the function 'upass' so that if you can simply add/remove the
'u' up front to switch between user and password.
