[pass] [ANNOUNCE] pass 1.4.2

Hi guys,

This is a super tiny trivial release, but as things have settled down
on the mailing list for a bit, I figure I'll release a handful of
assorted bug fixes:

- On insert, no-echo mode is now default, with the --echo mode to turn
on echoing of passwords.
- Cosmetic changes with the tree display
- Addition of lastpass2pass.rb importer
- Man page typos
- Bugfix for backslashes when reading passwords

With the exception of the first item on that list, this bug fix should
be fairly uncontroversial.

Distro maintainers: bump your versions, por favor.
