[pass] [PATCH] Remind users to add files on init

Hi Milki & everyone,

I've reworked the git things, and now files are automatically added,
as your patch does, on git init and on pass init.

This commit also sees the death of "pass push" and "pass pull", as
they were a bit too specialized.
