[pass] [PATCH] Fix directory creation for zsh/fish completions

Hi,

This is a simple fix to create missing directories for zsh/fish
completion on install.

This also create two completion related install targets to avoid hacks
in packages.

And fix a minor typo.

Feel free to split the patch as those changes are not related to each
others.
