[pass] [PATCH] Allow user to choose tree comand

Allow the user to choose which version of the tree command to use (via an
environment variable).

Why?

First, this seems reasonable.

However, personally, I dislike tree.  It doesn't play nicely with grep.  If you
let me choose my own tree command, then I can arrange for the output to be in a
format that suits me (and plays nicely with grep).
