[pass] [PATCH] Add support for 'show -t/--tail' to print 2nd and subsequent lines

Hi,

 I don't believe this patch was merged (I don't see it in the git repo) nor
did I see a response. Did it just slip through the cracks or was it
rejected?

 I'm still very much finding it useful and miss it in the release version
of pass. I know the patch needs updating at this point, I just want to make
sure it's not dead before putting in the effort.
