[pass] [PATCH] Add support for 'show -t/--tail' to print 2nd and subsequent lines

Hi Von,

in a recent discussion on this mailing list [1], there seemed to be a
certain consensus, that pass should not implement any further data
processing. Instead the users should rely on the UNIX-principle and pipe
the output of 'pass show' to shape it to their liking.

(I'm not a pass dev, just hinting to what the general opinion seems to
be ...)
