[pass] contribute to password-store emacs-package

Scroll down to "FUNCTIONS." There are a few functions
here: elisp-install, elisp-site-file-install, .... I don't know anything
about emacs. Any clue which of these I'd want to use for installing this in
the Gentoo package?
