[pass] Password-Store with Cygwin, but Gpg4Win (patch included)

Hi Lorenz,

I believe there's a more portable way that you could handle this which
could be included upstream. Add a case to the cygwin.sh platform file that
checks if the GPG binary requires windows paths. If it does, define $GPG to
point to a bash function that fixes up the path and passes it to gpg4win.
This can be entirely contained in cygwin.sh without cluttering the rest.
