[pass] Script to perform re-keying

Hello, I made a small script for myself that will go through all
passwords and re-encrypt them, to run after changing .gpg-id for
example.

I have no idea if this would be appreciated as a contrib script, or as a
feature of the main program, or not at all, so I'm not submitting it as
a patch yet.
