[pass] Pass4Win

Hi,

I really liked the password store implementation, but also needed a windows
client. I tried with cygwin, but that was a lesser experience then on a
console (no autocomplete for example).
It’s reachable on https://github.com/mbos/Pass4Win, currently it’s beta.
There will be some bugs left, I have not yet implemented Git fully.
