[pass] New migration script: firefox2pass.py

Hello all,

Under https://github.com/untitaker/firefox2pass you'll find a very simple
script for importing Firefox' CSVs into pass.

I'd have let this script rot in that repo because I only ever used it once,
maybe you guys can take it over (although there's really nothing to maintain)?
