[PATCH] Fish `complete' command deprecated `-A'. Removed it.

The -A (--authoritative) flag has been removed from the Fish
`complete' builtin command, see:

A warning is printed when `complete' is called with this flag.
This commit removes the usage of this flag from pass.fish-completion.
