[pass] iOS App: new home and revival

Hi all,

I've been doing a bit of work on updating the pass iOS app for use on iOS
9, and implementing a few additional features like Touch ID support for
decryption. Open source at https://github.com/davidjb/pass-ios/.

If anyone's interested in collaborating on this project, get in touch --
I'm grateful for any help. Note that I'm not an iOS developer, just
scratching my own itch and learning during the process. That said,
relieving the requirement of needing a jailbroken device is something I'm
keen on, but would seemingly require a fair rewrite.

Also, since the original iOS app repository has now been deleted (eg
https://github.com/rephorm/pass-ios#readme), the
http://www.passwordstore.org/ home page has a broken link; I'd suggest
updating this link to point at my repository. Kudos to the original devs
(rephorm / myeyesareblind) for open sourcing their work.

Cheers,
David (@davidjb)
