[pass] Patch for Monotone support

Hey Lapo,

Blast from the past! I haven't thought about monotone since the day of
hacking on Pidgin. Sometime after they transitioned from Gaim to
libpurple/pidgin, they also moved to monotone. I wonder if they're still
using it. I remember trying to sync a gigabyte monotone repository file
over my 56.6k modem. Ahh, those were the times.

Anyway, the world uses git now, so that's what pass uses. I think a
monotone version probably should live in its own fork.
