[pass] generate shouldn't show password by default

yes, shoulder surfing is a thing. and I know some ppl who are able to
remember such a sequence of letters and numbers, as well as remember
what somebody typed on the keyboard just by looking at fingers move.
also, cameras make for a superb tool to make this task really easy.
