[pass] Trouble installing pass on OS X El Capitan

[System Admin - CKUT 90.3FM]

Hello,

I am unable to install pass on os x using brew, or using 'make install'
from the git repo. Here are the errors I am getting.
I tried removing the file listed in the output, as requested, but this
didn't solve the problem. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
