There isn't a good solution. The problem isn't the method of fetching
the password but that fact that the password ends up on the commandline.
Commandlines are visisble to other programs and users so shouldn't
contain sensitive data. If you want to be safe you should see if
dummyProgram has an alernate method of accepting passwords.
