Japanese character file name is not available

Hi,

I had same issue with Swedish characters in a bunch of passwords imported
from Lastpass, where the error is "sed: RE error: illegal byte sequence". I
tested Jiro Iwamoto's patch, and it works well for me.
Bumping this thread since it seems to have been missed or forgotten, the
