[PATCH] Three patches for 1password2pass importer

I hate to be a bother, but since I never got a reply on my abandoned
2016 patch either, I feel obliged to send a reminder for this patch.

Someone in the #pass IRC channel was confused today as to why my
GitHub version of the script worked with his 1password vault, but the
one included with pass didn't.

It'd be nice to have these three patches merged upstream so the
1password2pass import script works! I believe they should apply
cleanly. Thanks. And again, the patch I sent in 2016 can be
disregarded.
