[PATCH] emacs: use complete-read for all password-store-* commands

These two patches will add completed-read to all passwrod-store-* commands.
The missing two were for inserting and generating a password. The
complete-read for those do not require a match while a match is
required for all others.

Btw this is my first contribution, hopefully I did everything correctly.
