Hi Gili, you should be able to install it by using the tarball release:

$ curl -LO https://git.zx2c4.com/password-store/snapshot/password-store-1.7.3.tar.xz
$ tar -xf password-store-1.7.3.tar.xz
$ cd password-store-1.7.3
$ sudo make install

You may need to install curl and tar.
