Thanks Chiraag. Indeed the lines are correctly saved to the file, as evidenced after decrypting the file. `pass show` does show all lines, but after `pass show -c` the clipboard only reports the first line, based on xclip:

I'm not sure if this is an issue with `pass show -c` or my clipboard.
