pass-otp(1) completion doesn't work

Hi Jason,

pass-otp(1), an extension for pass(1) which generates OTP codes, has
bash completion. However, it doesn't work, and some people claim it's
due to a bug in pass(1)'s own bash completion.

See: <https://github.com/tadfisher/pass-otp/issues/137>

Have a lovely day!
Alex
