Would it be just as easy for someone to start a 'password-store patches' repo on github and then it's done..? Sync the code with zx2c4.. The PR's can be listed and you can pick and choose which ones you want to use.. then they are atleast listed there that someone can search and find (instead of combing through mailing list).. If author doesn't want to host patches/PR/changes then this can be done.. I would assume this would be the easiest thing in this situation..
