[pass] Suggested documentation clarification

Hey Zach,

There's a section titled "Data Organization & Migrating to Pass" here

authoring this, however, I face a certain disability -- since I
created pass, I don't intimately know how difficult it is for others
to apprehend, and thus the writing might not be as specific as needed.
If you read through that, please do let me know if you have any
suggestions or additional info I should add. This would be a great
help.
