[pass] passmenu, a dmenu frontend for pass

To scratch my own itches, I made a tiny program called passmenu[0] that
allows me to copy passwords using dmenu.

This means you no longer have to open up a scratchpad to copy a password
(which at least for me comprises 99% of my use of pass). Instead, you
can just bind passmenu to a key, and select from the list.

If you're using Arch Linux, it is packaged in the AUR as
passmenu-git[1].
