[pass] [PATCH] Add support for 'show -t/--tail' to print 2nd and subsequent lines

Hi all,

I was just wondering what happened to the discussion about the --tail 
option. If -c option only clips the first line we definitely need an 
option that complements this - and that must be an option that shows the 
second and subsequent lines.

I don't understand how this discussion could come to such a sudden end...?
