[pass] [PATCH] Add support for 'show -t/--tail' to print 2nd and subsequent lines

If I recall correctly, the final consensus was that users had to type (or
set a shell alias for) something like

pass -c foo/bar; pass foo/bar | sed 1d

instead of pass -ct foo/bar to get the desired behavior.

I can understand the need to keep pass simple, and to be critical about
feature request. On the other hand, I would really love the -ct feature,
too.
