[pass] BASH Auto Complete

It seems like your new file at
`/etc/bash_completion.d/pass.bash-completion` isn't managed by a package
manager. Keep in mind that this means it won't be updated along with pass
unless you do it manually. Perhaps you want a symbolic link instead.
