[pass] Script for cleaning up Syncthing conflicts in password store

I find it useful to sync my password store between devices using Syncthing
[1], however sometimes there are conflicts cluttering the store. I wrote a
simple script [2] for cleaning up conflicts on encrypted files where the
plaintext contents are identical; I'm posting it here in case anyone else
might find it useful.
