[pass] Import script for SafeInCloud password manager

Hi,

SafeInCloud is a propriety password manager I've been using for a few
years. It's not well known but it's actually pretty decent; unfortunately
there's no linux client. I had a bunch of passwords in there so I wrote  a
python script to handle importing an XML file generated by SafeInCloud's
export function into pass.

I'd be happy if you added it to the list of importers on the pass homepage.
Hopefully it's useful to others.
