Incorrect extensions dir on homepage

Hi,

The homepage says that extensions should be installed in
~/.password-store/, but the manpage mentions
~/.password-store/.extensions/, which is the correct location, afaik.

It seems the source homepage itself is not hosted on git so I'm unable
to create a patch..
