Illegal byte sequence error on macOS

Hello,

I am not sure if this is a sed bug or pass bug, but I'll share it anyway:

One of my folders have the ş character in it, and when I do "$ pass", I get the following error:

"sed: RE error: illegal byte sequence"

Googling the error, it's obvious there’s some kind of conversion error, but it might be helpful to avoid this on pass side.

System info: macOS 10.15.6
Locale: tr_TR.UTF-8
