dbus integration?

I know of two projects that implement that API with pass as backend:

- https://github.com/mdellweg/pass_secret_service (Python)
- https://github.com/nullobsi/pass-secrets (C++)

I only looked into it once for some application I ended up not using for
unrelated reasons, so I can't say how well they work.
