[PhotoFloat] license?

Hi,
the license of the software isn't very clear. I *assume* it is GPL-3+,
but I don't even remember what I based that in.
Most files don't have copyright headers, so it's pretty hard to figure
out what is original work and what are imported files. During an audit
by the Debian FTP masters, they have found the following files that have
been imported:
Files: web/js/001-hashchange.js
Copyright: © 2010 "Cowboy" Ben Alman
License: Expat and GPL-2+
Files: web/js/004-fullscreen.js
Copyright: 2012 Martin Angelov
License: Expat
They have their own issues, which I adressed separately, but could you
confirm that who is the copyright holder for all the *other* files and
what the license is?
Thanks!
A.
