Video not imported.

Well, two datapoints:

* I don't *think* I had libav-tools installed.  (I do now, however.)
* Didn't make any difference.

I've read through README.md that's in the git repo, but your mentioning 
dependencies has me wondering if there's something else I should be 
checking/reading through before proceeding.  Any suggestions?
