Another git credentials helper

Hi all,

In case it is useful for anybody: about a year ago I wrote a git credentials helper,

https://github.com/ccrusius/git-credential-password-store/commits/master

which I have been using without problems ever since, but forgot to
tell people about. I know there is one already, written in Python, but
I wanted something with less dependencies and less needed
configuration.
