Aside 1: it could just read /usr/share/dict/words directly, rather than
run "aspell"
Aside 2: there is a dictionary in rfc2289 appendix D (although I think
these are less memorable)

I agree with this.
Passphrases are for things that you commit to memory (like your gpg
passphrase); whereas I think the primary role of password-store is for
storing passwords which are hard to remember.
